Mr. Pranav Sharma, an engineer, an entrepreneur, and a visionary. Born and raised in the pink city of Jaipur, Mr. Pranav did his initial schooling from Jaipur in science background. Following his passion for technology and science, Mr. Pranav graduated as an engineer from one of the most prestigious institutions of country, BITS Hyderabad. Continuing his journey of establishing bigger milestones and with an instinct of an entrepreneur, Mr. Pranav unfolded to the world of real estate.

The Swarna Griha project was envisioned by Mr. Pranav Sharma in the year 2015, a year after Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) was launched. It has been developed in synchrony with PMAY Mission to provide houses to all by 2022. With a similar aim, The Swarna Griha project is an exhibition of Mr. Pranav’s vision and desire to elevate the lifestyle of the underprivileged by offering them luxurious homes at affordable prices.

All Swarna Griha houses are well furnished with lights, fans and vitrified tiles flooring. These homes provide all kinds of modern amenities and excellent security to the residents in a tight-knit community. Mr. Pranav has strategically located Swarna Griha at Tumakuru, a city identified to be a Smart City under the Central Government initiative. With this project, he aims to support the Government’s initiative, PMAY and contribute in providing ‘Houses to All’.

With this initiative, Mr. Pranav Sharma intends to replicate the success of Swarna Griha-I in Felicity Adobe LLP’s another series of affordable housing projects, Swarna Griha- II. When these envisioned projects will transform into their physical form, they will provide shelter and security to the needy which will further contribute to their individual development and in developing the nation as a whole as well.
